Please help me.
I have just purchased the above unit.
I have loaded the software and updated the driver as has been suggested in other threads.
In device manager the unit shows up as Hantek 6022BE Driver 2 with no yellow explanation marks or errors showing.
I have used a hand held unit to confirm I have an output on the test connections.
My unit has no button on it to select H/P but it does have a red light on it which is continuously flashing.

Connecting both probes with their earths to the test points, I get no traces on the display.
I am running Windows 10 Home, Version 1903, build 18362.1139

I have also run it under Windows 7 Pro on the same PC with the same issue.

Any ideas?

Tried again today on a different W7 laptop, same results although I can no longer get the flashing red light when connected to any of the computers I have tried.

Ideas please?

Appologies for the repeat post.

I have tried both of those drivers with no change, still no test output and no flashing red led.

I have found the issue.

None of the drivers you supply are recognised as being certificated by Microsoft for use with W10.
I can only make it work by switching off driver verification.

Not impressed in the slightest, so I have now switched to OpenHantek which operates correctly with verified drivers
