6022BE Attenuators and cabels

Hello,
I have oscilloscope 6022BE.
I need to use it for automotive diagnostics.
Cables that were delivered with oscilloscope as standard kit are not convenient for such measurements.
Could you recommend part number of cable I can use for atomotive diagnostics with oscilloscope 6022BE.
Also I need to purchase attenuator that I can use with cable. Maximum input voltage I will analyze is about 200V.
Could you advise part number of attenuator I can use for measurment.
I tried to use probe T3100 but wires of this probe are too short and form of the probe is not convenient for automotive measurement.
