I downloaded the latest software from http://www.hantek.com/Product/DSO5000/DSO5202B_Firmware.zip , unzipped to get dso5kb_func_dso5202b20190830.up, put the file on a USB drive, and started the update process. The oscilloscope reported success for all 10 update steps, and told me me to reboot to complete the update process. However, when I then turned the oscilloscope off and then back on, it just stays stuck on the loading screen, saying "Hantek DSO5202BM Digital Storage Oscilloscope". Turning the device back off and on doesn't fix it.
Unfortunately, I didn't record what software version I was on prior to trying the update.
What can I do to get my oscilloscope working again?
