Usb dso-2100 does not work

Hi to all and thank you for accepting me here .
Recently y have brought an usb dso-2100 2ch and seems not to work ,the led does not blink .Checked some voltages on the pcb and are present 5v ,3,3 and 2,47(2.5) reference.
The regulator 3.3v its warm ,not very excessive and also a little bit the xilinx .
When y plug to the usb port it is recognized and y can install drives .
Any help it will be appreciated .

When y will be home y will do. Where y can find the software for this device and eventually a new firmware. Thank you

Installed after the driver from this section and now the led turned on and it blinks. Y will need also the software and on the site is not
