My Hantek6254bc USB descriptor failed on Windows 10

Hello,
Good day, I bought Hantek6254bc and it was working fine in the last couple of months. However, when I plugged it again this month on my Windows 10 computer, it is not recognized and my computer says Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) as shown below. Please help me fix this issue. Attached also is the photo of my Hantek Oscilloscope bought.

Please uninstall the device and reconnect to computer, and reinstall.

About the USB failure on my Hantek 2D42 (Device Descriptor Request Failed) I recommend to you to try with another USB cable well tested for data interchange. My original Hantek black, long connector
C type USB cable doesn't work with data on my computer (Windows 11). It works ok for charging oscilloscope, but no dor data. As soon as I changed to a proper cable connection is perfect and no error
is shown on device manager.
