DSO4102C Install issues

Device not recognized by Keysight Connection Expert on WIN 64 system.  Model is DSO4102S. SW ver. 3.50.0. HW ver. 1020xffffa000.
Dowloaded HW update named 20200722181235_227151402 and installed on USB 16G drive.  The scope did not recognize that file when inserted into machine.
PC recognizes scope when attached to USB port. Any suggestions?  Many Thanks!

There is no issue, you are using the wrong driver, the DSO4xx2 has no support for the Keysight IVI drivers, only the 4ch model has.
