Hi,I purchased a DSO5102P Oscilloscope last September. Recently, the waveforms have been erratic, jumping from +- 100V with nothing connected, or even connected to the 1KHz 5V test point on the Oscilloscope. This is occuring on both channels, and they seem to be in phase with each other, so when CH1 is at +100V so is CH2. I've tried doing the auto-calibraion and it fails with error code 0xb00. It even jumps around when I have the probe connected to ground. I'm not sure what else to do, has anyone else experienced this issue? Or does anyone know how to fix it?

Thanks,
Henry
