DSO5102B firmware update failure

Hello.

I have download a firmware file from your site from this link http://www.hantek.com/Product/DSO5000/DSO5102B_Firmware.zip

I folow the instruction start the update process and end with a message " Restart the oscilloscope"

I restart the oscilloscope, but it never restart. Only show a Hantek welcome screen.

Please help me to fix this issue.

thank you very much for your help.
I can't get into the mode you describe in the video. My oscilloscope is DSO5102B   "Not P".
Possibly this is the reason why it doesn't work for me.
Please help me get it back to operational mode.

I appreciate the offer of free service, but the cost of shipping and taxes upon re-entry to my country makes this option unaffordable.
All I want is for the oscilloscope to be at least the previous state of the update.
It was not my fault that I used a file downloaded from your website.
please help me get it back to at least factory settings.
