Rx converter to Tx HANTEK, Tx converter to Rx HANTEK. POWER SUPPLY CAN BE CONNECTED FROM USB Cable from PC. Jumper on TTL converter-3v3!!!

CHECK THE LEVELS TTL-ONLY 3V3!!! NOT 5V!!! connection Rx, Tx-reverse. Power- USB cable from PC.
