Hi there.
I bought a new DSO 5072P some while a ago. I was working and I did upgarde it to latest SW at that point in time.
If I recall correctly this was dso5kp_func_dso5072p20200217.up
When I wanted to use it again the DSO is not longer booting (Black screen).
I attached a USB/TTL converter in order to catch the bootlog.
I can also get into the "Download Mode Menue".
Please find the the results attached below.
As I assume that the kernel or the FS is damaged, please help be with data and procedures to get the scope back to life.
I operated just 30 hrs so far.
