DSO4102C cannot communication with Windows 10 PC. USB Driver Error.

Hi,

I have already installed the latest driver for DSO4102. But it still cannot connect to my PC.

My latest firmware is 2020-7-22
http://hantek.com.cn/products/detail/4163

The latest Driver installed is 2015-09-29 ?

Below are the error message. please help.

... and it solved my problem. Now my PC can communicate with my Hantek DSO4102C
