Hantek dso4102c don't work help please

Hello. Please help me with my hantek 4102c. it does not work, when trying to pass self calibration, error 0xb00 comes out.  it also constantly shows the voltage on the -5v channel, even when nothing is connected to it.

It's hard try to help with so little information.
How did that happened, were you measuring something? Or one day you simply turned it on and the device did not work anymore? The more details you give, the easier is to find the possible cause and a solution.
Is it new? If so, contact the seller to claim the warranty.
Pictures are completely blurry and one of them is flipped, I can't see anything.

But, given the symptoms described, I would start by testing the supply rails on the PCB (the values are marked on it), luckily it can be just a damaged voltage regulator.
