To clarify: Minutes running when powered off. So I think internal clock hardware is ok.

You can adjust the date and time, just use the key and V0 knob, or touch the screen(if it is with a touch screen). After adjustment, press return, you will see the date and time are changed as you did.
If you still can’t adjust the date and time, please send me a video to study.

Change the battery inside the oscilloscope. That is the most probable cause and is cheap to fix.
