Hi, I recently purchased a DSO 4202C and wanted to connect it via USB to my computer. I get the following error message: "Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)". Please help me.
I also downloaded the newfirmware, but I could not find a hint how to install it.
