Hello,
I bought this oscilloscope at Aliexperess last year september. After ~3 months, when I used device only few times, it stopped respond to any knob or button at conterol panel. I contacted seller and after some communication, when I sended to him video with bug and pictures, he sended me a new control panel as replacement. So I successfully measured up all wires, which connects main board with control panel, then changed panel with new, but problem still remains. When I switch on the device, on control panel proceeds some diagnostic, because buttons are shining for a while, then clicks relay and appears screen, where on right side is panel Auto set, which is not possible to leave. Some functions of device are working thru USB, when I use included software, but Virtual panel is inactive as hardware panel. I am attaching picture of device after start, where is described unexitable menu.
Is there any way, how to fix it?
