To specify the channel units

The analog channel of this oscilloscope not only supports the common passive probe, but also the active probe.
Select the amplitude display unit for the current channel.
1 Press the probe's associated channel key.
2 In the Channel Menu, press Units; then, select:
* Volts - for a voltage probe.
* Amps - for a current probe.
Channel sensitivity, trigger level, measurement results, and math functions will reflect the measurement units you
have selected.

To specify the probe skew

When measuring time intervals in the nanoseconds (ns) range, small differences in cable length can affect
the measurement. Use Deskew to remove cable-delay errors between any two channels.
1 Probe the same point with both probes.
2 Press one of the probes associated channel key.
3 In the Channel Menu, press Deskew; then, rotate V0 knob to select the desired skew value.
Each analog channel can be adjusted ±100 ns in 1 ns increments for a total of 200 ns difference.
The skew setting is not affected by pressing [Default Setup] or [Auto Scale].

Vertical Expansion

1 Press the desired channel key.
2 In the Channel Menu, press the Vert Expand softkey to select Screen Center or Channel GND to expand or
contract the waveforms.
Channel Label

The instrument uses the channel number to mark the corresponding channel by default. For ease of use, you can also
set a label for each channel.
1 Press the desired channel key.
2 In the Channel Menu, press the Label softkey to display Label Setting Menu.
You can use the built-in label or manually input a label. Three input methods are available for you to input a label name.

For example, set the label to " Hantek-1". In the virtual keypad, rotate the V0 knob to select "Caps" and press down
the knob to switch the uppercase or lowercase mode. Rotate the V0 knob and select "H", press down the knob.
Then, in the input selection area, rotate the V0 knob and select "a". Press down the knob to input "a". Use the same
method to input "ntek-1". Press Enter to compete the editing. You can also enable the touch screen to operate by
touch gestures. If Display is enabled, the label “Hantek-1 will be displayed at the left of CH1 waveform.
To delete or modify the input characters, rotate the V0 knob or enable the touch screen to realize it.
* Rotate the V0 knob - use the Delete key or Clear key to delete or modify the characters. To modify the characters,
input the desired characters again.
* Enable the touch screen - use the touch gestures to directly move the cursor to the right side of the character required
to be deleted or modified, and then tap the Delete key or Clear key to delete the character. To modify the characters,

Math Waveforms
To display math waveforms
To adjust the math waveform scale and offset
Units for Math Waveforms
Math Operators
Math Transforms
Math Filters
Math Visualizations

You can define up to four math functions. One math function waveform can be displayed at a time. The math function waveform is displayed in light purple.
MPO6002EDU series can realize multiple math operations between waveforms of different channels, including
l arithmetic operators (A+B, A-B, A× B, and A/B)
l FFT operation
l function operation: Intg, Diff, Sqrt, Lg, Ln, Exp, Abs, and AX+B (linear function)
  logic operation: A&&B, A||B, A^B, and !A
NoteWhen you select the source, only the enabled channel is available.

2 Press the Operator softkey and turn the V0 knob to select the math function you want to display. Then,
either push the V0 knob or press the Operator softkey again to display the selected math function.

Use the Source 1 softkey to select the analog channel on which to perform math. You can rotate the V0
knob or repetitively press the Source 1 softkey to make your selection.

5 If you selected an arithmetic operator for the math function, use the Source 2 softkey to select the
second source for the arithmetic operation.
6 To re-size and re-position the math waveform by adjusting the math waveform scale and offset.

TipMath Operating Hints
If the analog channel or math function is clipped (not fully displayed on screen) the resulting displayed
math function will also be clipped.
The math function waveform can be measured using [Cursors] and/or [Meas].
