Vertical Position Knob help information
Turn the vertical position knob to move the waveforms up or down on the display.
Reset the reference to the vertical center of the screen by pushing the knob.
There is one vertical position knob for each channel.

Vertical Scale Knob help information
Rotate the vertical scale knob to set the volts/div of a waveform. The waveform display will contract or expand
relative to the ground reference level. Press this knob to toggle between fine (in smaller increments) and coarse
(in 1-2-5 step sequence) adjustment.
There is one vertical scale knob for each channel.

I am getting maximum of 80Mpts on oscilloscope at 1GSa/s

The maximum memory depth is 64M.

Horizontal Position Knob help information
Rotate the horizontal position knob to move the trigger point (indicated by the blue icon at the top of the display)
left and right on the display, adjusting the horizontal offset.
Push the horizontal position knob to set the trigger point to the center of the display (time reference point).

Horizontal Scale Knob help information
Turn the horizontal scale knob to adjust the sweep speed. This modifies the time base (sec/div) on the display.
When adjusted after the waveform has been acquired and the scope is stopped, this has the effect of zoom in/out
the waveform horizontally.
Push the horizontal scale knob to turn on or off the split-screen zoom display. To change the width of the zoom
window by rotating this knob.

Trigger Level Knob help information
Trigger level determines where on the edge the trigger point occurs.
Turn the trigger level knob to stabilize a repeating signal, or to trigger on a single event.
Push this knob to set the trigger level to the midpoint of the waveform.
The trigger level position is indicated by the yellow arrow on the left side of the display.


Horizontal Controls

To adjust the horizontal (time/div) scale
To adjust the horizontal delay (position)
Panning and Zooming Single or Stopped Acquisitions
To display the zoomed time base

Horizontal expand

The horizontal controls include:
? The horizontal scale and position knobs.
? The zoom key (push horizontal scale knob) for quickly enabling/disabling the split-screen zoom display.

Try to replace a new cell battery on the mother board.

Removing BAT54s from board solve the problem. Else everyday i had to repalce battery

Please remove D36 from the board to lower down the power comsuption of the battery.

To adjust the horizontal (time/div) scale

1 Turn the large horizontal scale (sweep speed) knob marked           to change the horizontal time/div setting.
While you change the time/div (horizontal time base), the displayed waveforms of all channels are expanded or
compressed horizontally relative to the current selected horizontal expansion reference position (refer to "Horizontal
Expansion").
Notice how the time/div information in the status line changes.
The horizontal scale knob works (in the Normal time mode) while acquisitions are running or when they are stopped.
When running, adjusting the horizontal scale knob changes the sample rate. When stopped, adjusting the horizontal
scale knob lets you zoom into acquired data.
Note that the horizontal scale knob has a different purpose in the Zoom display.
