Yes, that is a known issue. Try to update the PC software to version 1.1.12 and run the update again. If it do not work, just install the correct firmware using the Dfuse tool.

这个问题我发现只有使用中文模式更新软件有这个问题，用英文更新就好了。话说这设备，bug还真多啊。官方还得积极的对应一下，东西不错。
