After unzip the attachment, put it in the root directory of the USB flash drive, insert the U disk into the oscilloscope, press F3 to upgrade, after the machine restarts, see if it starts normally, if it starts normally, run self-calibration.

I have feedback to the engineer to try to make a recovery file, but the previous data will be deleted. Because some files in the device are damaged. I will reply to you in time.

DSO5102P recover not working

Hi

As I'm a linux user and I don't have a ttl-serial-USB adapter, I'm using the serial port of an paspberryPi and cu for the connection.
I've created 3 logs
  • Switch on the DSO which hang in boot screen. not reaction but no wonder because of kernel panic
  • switch off and on. this time it come up with the recovery screen where I select F2  recovery - recovery fail
  • select F1 from
  Hope this helps.
  The code in first post is executed on the DSO console. it should explain the error with tar in 2nd log.
