Hi all. Is there a way to force a scope channel offset (as a calibration) ?

Scope switched on for a few minutes, run "Calibration" from menu and, at the end of the process, CH1 GND coupled is not aligned with its 0 reference (see attachment). CH2 is perfectly 0 aligned. What can I do ?

Please scan the QR code on the back of the oscilloscope to download the latest software and install, and now use the "Checkupdate" to update the firmware.
Hope to solve your problem.

Hi Amy, something happened.
After updating FW and FPGA as you wrote and automatica calibration, the Gnd coupling is correctly aligned to 0, while DC and AC coupling always has an offset.
Please, look at the attached pictures.

Sorry to reply you so late.
Please check whether there is the offset when the time base is 1us, DC and AC coupling.

看过你反映的情况后,我特地校准了我的2D72,我的非常准确,没有一点电位偏移量。
