Customer Consultation

As per your advice I have reinstalled everything, downloading it from the link you suggested.
However the computer (Windows 10, 64 bit) still does not recognise the Oscilloscope’s function generator.
Please send me the link to the USB driver so I can use the generator.

I have a DSO4254C and am experiencing exactly the same problem.  The scope was recognised on my old PC but now it is not.  I have a new PC and installed everythnig from scratch several times.  The scope is not recognised.  I have disabled scure boot and the requirment to force signed drivers.

Please connect the scope to your computer and upload a screenshot of the device manager to study.
