DSO1202B shutting down

A  few years back i bought a Hantek Oscilloscope DSO1202B. Today i noticed that the device is permanently shutting down. If the device is turned on, it takes about 3 minutes till the Display is dimmed. After 1 minute the device shuts itself completely off. I can’t turn it  back on. I Need to disconnect the battery an plug it back in. After that the device works fine till it shut down again.

I dont think that the battery is faulty because if i run the oscilloscope without the battery and only with the power Adapter - the Problem is the same.

I just installed the newest Firmware but it doesnt help.

I hope you can help me somehow.

Please press "Utility" button to check Shutdown setting.

If you can not sove the issue, please set the backlight.
