dso8060 will not turn on

my dso 8060 cut out and now when i press the power button i just get a single beep. i tested the battery and it reads full and i plugged in the power supply and still i get the same thing . any ideas?

Hello, Our DSO8060 don't turn on, when press the power button nothing happens. It was bought from Amazon three years ago. It has hardly been used. The Hantek distributor in Spain has not wanted to give us assistance. Naturally we have checked the battery and the power supply and everything is fine. If we had the schematic we would try to repair it. What can we do?
