Eliminate high-frequency tremble steps

1. Connect DSO to Oscilloscope Calibrator: Connect a 50 Ω matching connector to the to-be-adjusted
oscilloscope CH1 BNC terminal, and connect the other BNC terminal of the 50 Ω matching connector
to the square waveform with the fast-rising edge output terminal of the calibrator by a coaxial cable.

2. Setup the Oscilloscope Calibrator: Set the period of the square waveform with the fast-rising edge to
"1mS". Adjust the knob to up the output amplitude of the square waveform with the fast-rising edge to its
maximum.

3. Setup the to-be-adjusted Oscilloscope: Press "AUTOSET" and "CH1 MENU" buttons, set the oscilloscope
to "1X", set signal coupling to "AC", set vertical deflection factor to "X50mV", timebase to"4nS", and then
press "SET TO 50%" button.

4. Operate the to-be-adjusted Oscilloscope: Please keep pushing the "TRIG MENU" button more than
3 times until there pop up window "Creating TDC Setup(1G-Sps)" on scope, then press "F1" button and wait
until finish jitter elimination.

5. Setup the to-be-adjusted Oscilloscope: Set trigger mode to "PULSE", set pulse polarity to "negative pulse",
pulse trigger timing to ">", and then repeat step 4.

6. Setup the to-be-adjusted Oscilloscope: Set trigger mode to "OVERTIME", set polarity to "positive",
overtime time to "24nS", horizontal shifting to "-24.00nS (-6div)", and then repeat step 4.

7. Inspect the jitter of the edge trigger: Repeat step 3, observe the jitter on the oscilloscope screen,
if the jitter on the horizon is  "≤0.2div(0.8nS)", it's OK. Switch the timebase to "20nS", observe the
jitter on the oscilloscope screen, if the jitter on the horizon is  "≤0.2div", it's OK.
Note: if the jitter time >0.2div, please repeat step 3 and step 4, and the total repeat should less than
3 times.

8. Inspect pulse trigger jitter: Set trigger mode to "PULSE",  set pulse polarity to "negative pulse", pulse
trigger timing to ">", and observe the jitter on the oscilloscope screen, if the jitter on the horizon is
"≤0.2div(0.8nS)", it's OK. Switch the timebase to "20nS", observe the jitter on the oscilloscope screen,
if the jitter on the horizon is  "≤0.2div", it's OK.
Note: if the jitter time >0.2div, please repeat step 5 and step 4, and the total repeat should less than
3 times.

9. Inspect overtime trigger jitter: Set trigger mode to "OVERTIME", set polarity to "positive", overtime
time to "24nS", horizontal shifting to "-24.00nS (-6div)",  and observe the jitter on the oscilloscope screen,
if the jitter on the horizon is  "≤0.2div(0.8nS)", it's OK. Switch the timebase to "20nS", observe the jitter
on the oscilloscope screen, if the jitter on the horizon is  "≤0.2div", it's OK.
Note: if the jitter time >0.2div, please repeat step 6 and step 4, and the total repeat should less than
3 times.

10. Delete TDC production file: If the above 4 types trigger jitter are within tolerance, keep pressing
"TRIG MENU" more than 3 times until pop-out window " Creating TDC Setup", press F3 button to
delete TDC production file, power off the oscilloscope, and reboot it.
