DSO5102B hangs

My DSO hangs after 1-2 min of work. Boot count in sys info is always 1, DSO can't save any setting.
if I connect the signal it hangs mush faster.

It looks like e2prom corrupted.

Support service said, that they can't help because of too old device. Greate, wondeful service.
Can't you give the tools to reset e2prom?
