DSO5102P keeps rebooting even after 20191024 update

Have been using the scope for a while now and every once in a while the scope reboots to factory conditions. My display settings are lost.

Today I checked the website and saw new firmware available, so I downloaded and installed it (dso5kp_func_dso5102p20190125.up).
I hoped it would solve the rebooting issue, but it did NOT.

I tried to recreate the point where it fails to find out if it is related to specific settings, but not succesful: it can happen at random moment.

If I switch off and on my display settings are saved, but after reboot to factory they are lost. Why?

This problem makes working with the scope almost impossible.

I have put the previous firmware back since it seemed that it happened even more with the new one, but I cannot tell for sure.

Any suggestions?

Follow up to previous post.

I am pretty fed up with the rebooting problem. Just working the fundamentals, it keeps rebooting, whether you are working the controls or simply watching the screen to observe changes in the signal, it keeps rebooting to factory settings.

THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING!!

Somebody from Hantek help me please??

We need to reproduce this problem to solve it, could you record a video?

You ask this question in the forum and in the email at the same time, I just choose one of the ways to communicate, and the size of the file uploaded by the forum is very limited.
