Dear Team,
I have a problem with my (hopefully you'll help me it is a Voltcraft) DSO-3204-USB.
It should be a DSO6xx4 from Hantek.
The U807 burned some how and I plan to replace the IC by the 24LC64 chip.
When I replaced the chip, can I get the Firmware from somewhere and how can I write the firmware in to the device then ?
Board notes:
DSO6XX4 V1.06 / 20160416, siver Label sticker : 64C01480.
Whats going on: The Device is recognized by the Device Manager of Win10, but the DSO Software never connect to it. It says always "Searching" but will never find.
The red LED is always blinking. The yellow LED on the board will turn on only around 2 seconds after plug in the USB cable.
What I checked:
U19 and U907: both ok, output V 1,2 and 1,8V.
U807 Vss: 3,2V but the top of the IC is damaged by over heating, the label is unrecognizable.
I could not upload a picture. The Upload says always Server iO error.
Thank you very much .
Robby
