I have a DSO4202C.

After the unit warms up, there is a 3 to 5 mV DC shift in the measured voltage when no probe is connected or if the input is shorted external to the unit.

When I select GND from the CH1 or CH2 settings, it *does* go to zero.

It would be helpful if there was a way we could adjust the input settings to compensate for this error.  I know I can change the level and shift it down, but then the measurements (the numbers displayed on the screen) are incorrect.

I should add that between turning on the oscilloscope and starting the "Self calibration" procedure, it should take 20 minutes for the oscilloscope to warm up.

What is the firmware version of the oscilloscope? Can you upload an operation video so we can reproduce the problem?
