Customer Consultation

Hi I have just purchased the above LCR Meter. It came without a manual or instructions and your website gives a file not found error when I try to download it. I am also having trouble trying to download the software for this device. Please provide these files ASAP  Thank you.

I noticed the new LCR in your product line I was interested and I tried to get more information on it but I had trouble downloading the manual from the product's page because of this silly request to have to login to be able to download a simple manual! What's the problem to just link the files directly and makes everybody's life easier?!

I also notice that the product claims to be able to do 4-wire measurement (kelvin connection) to achieve greater precision (don't know why you are calling it 5-wire when everybody else call it four terminal sensing). Anyway, my question is: where I can get the adapter to be able to do the 4-wire tests? I was looking for something like the adapter provided with the DE-5000 LCR meter but I didn't see it in the accessories list.

thx
