Hello,
I recently purchased your Handheld oscilloscope model 2D82 AUTO. I like it very much, however when I started it up the main menu which allows me to choose from the different automobile sensors cannot be changed to English. Either I can set it to Chinese or some very strange computer characters. Please see my attatched images.
Is there a way to Hard Reset the device?
Perhaps I need to reinstall the latest firmware?
Can you help me solve this problem please.
