This seems to be a fairly common problem with this devices, the solution given by Hantek is to re-flash the firmware via a serial interface existant on the board (although I think it might be an easier solution but I need to test it).

The link from the thread above with the files and instructions has expired, wait a bit that someone from Hantek will repost it to you, or try to email them directly.

Apparently Hantek's support is too busy...

Fortunately, I've saved I copy of the files with instructions just in case I ever needed. You can find it in this link: https://fil.email/VNBbJBoI

If you want you can try another way while you wait, it won't make things worse anyway... Try this: (considering you already tried the steps given in this thread https://www.eediscuss.com/forum. ... 14930&fromuid=26055)

1- Install the Dfuse driver, available in the same file I posted in my last post.
2- Download this file: https://fil.email/8MTsdbSA (it is the last version of the FPGA and FW)
3- Extract it to the folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Hantek2xx2\AutoUpgrate (I'm considering you have the Hantek2xx2 software already installed in your computer, if not, install it first) - Remove any other .dfu and .bin files in the folder, if any. Keep the file names as it is, don't change it.
4- Connect the device to yours computer's USB. Keep F1 button pressed and power on the oscilloscope, wait about 2 seconds and you should see the Run/Stop button flashing. The device is now in programming mode
5- Run the program HT2000Update.exe (it is in the folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Hantek2xx2\AutoUpgrate)
6- Select the option "local files" and then "start". Wait the process to complete. This should re-flash the device's memory.

You might need to restore the default settings of the oscilloscope for it to work properlly.
