Save settings on hantek2008

Hello, i am new to hantek forum and have a question about storing the settings.
I set the toolbar then i go to files-> save setting and close the program. When I open the program again there is no toolbar. What am I doing wrong? I did that in admin mode as well, no progress! System is newest WIN10.

System settings are default,the "setup" in 1008C is for waveform setting.

So can I change default setting that way that it opens always with Toolbar on?

Sorry,you can't.This is default.
