Hi i think my usb scope died, now I don't get the red light and windows does usb sound but don't detect the device. Noticed yellow light turns on 1 second and off inside the scope. But no luck, is there any way to troubleshoot via jtag or something? Thanks a lot.

Please connect the scope to your computer and open the device manager, right click and select properties to check the PID and VID as the follow picture.

Hi amy, the device is showing like unknown device, even with driver installed. Screenshot attached.

And it dont click any more when i connect in the computer, something seems dead or firmware corrupted.

Searching for this Hardware ID i found cypress chip with no eprom, is that correct?
