Hantek 2c42 new out of the box does not turn on

Today the postman brought the new Hantek 2C42.  After unpacking, I tried to turn on the device, but it does not work either from batteries or from the power supply.  What can be done, how to solve this problem?

First, please measure the voltage of the battery.
If the voltage is about 3.7V, the oscilloscope still can't turn on, please operate as follows.
1. Remove batteries.
2. Keep press F1 and connect the scope to your computer with the USB cable at the same time.
3. Please check whether the button on the lower right corner is flashing red and green like the video.

Try to leave it charging for a while before turn it on. If charging, the power button should be lit by a red LED.

You can try to change the charging cable,you can try to use he charging cable of your mobile phone.

OK, try to charge it directly from the USB port of a computer or test it with another charger (the one from your phone should do). Also check the USB cable, try to use another one.

This way we can eliminate the charger or the cable as the source of the problem.

I already tried all the options, the device is dead. Where can I go for warranty, the seller does not resolve the issue.
