Another 6074BC no more connected

Hi Amy!
The device is connected, but when I start the scope it starts searching the device without finding it. I tryed 5V 2A adapter.

i mesuasured some pointstp20 3.3V

tp12 1.8V
tp13 1.25V
tp17 3.3V

If device is connected to PC, the scope.exe hang in tray.
If disconnected
