DSO4254 Stuck on Boot page

Hello

I have a hantek dso4254C oscilloscope and when i power it on it is stuck on the boot screen. Kindly help me resolve the issue

Hello i have tried this but the situation has worsened up.

Firstly i tried to restart but nothing happened after that i tried to the recover the system by pressing F2 but this didnt work as well. In the last i tried downloaded the up file and updated the recovery file via a USB. it did perform the uploading but now when i switch on the oscilloscope it is not entering the recovery interface.

Kindly guide me what should i do
