The hardware should be fault.

This is not a firmware issue.
Upgrading can't solve the problem.

Please test these six points voltage.1 2.5V
2 -2.88V
3 1.8V (1 and 8 pins of U203)
4 +5V/-5V (6 and 7 pins of U203)

Please test the voltage of this magnetic bead. It should be 12V.
