DSO3064 USB Software doesn't connect the device

Dear Sir,
I have bought long time ago (2011) one DSO3064 rev.1.02 2010/04, was working no any problems, now came the problems.

I plugged the usb cable, installed the driver and software and tried to use it.

If I start the software with usb cable plugged in, it won't launch. If I unplug the usb, the software launch but it says "searching device" forever.....
If I start the software with usb unplugged, it will launch in demo mode.
If I plug the usb back in after the software was launch, it says "searching device" forever.....

I tried both version 2.0.12 and 1.0.7 and both do the same thing.
I tried winXP 32bits, win7 32bits, win10 64bits, and both do the same.

Please help

What is the version of the software you used before this?

Now I can't say, it was last time in 2011, now I can't find also v1.0.3 in internet

its looks like every thing work, tomorrow I will try it on car.
Is it possible to update the firmware and connect to ver. 2.0.12?

Sorry, it can't be connected to ver2.0.12, because the hardware has been changed..
