DSO4102C - FIrmware Update Keeps Failing

Hi,

I donwloaded the latest firmware from your site for my DSO4102C scope and put it on a FAT32 formatted 16GB USB memory stick (just the unzipped .up file).  When I put it in the scope and try a firmware update from the Utility menu, it tells me it can't proceed as there are no update files on the USB stick.

Can you advise?

No need to worry - put the update on a smaller (2GB) usb and it worked.

I have similar problem.
I uploaded the file 20200722181235_227151402.rar on a USP 16G and on a 1G but the effect is the same. The message I receive is error 0xfe - No upgrade files detected on USB device!
I have a DSO4102C brand new with sw version 3.50.0 (200410.0).
Please help...

Hi Mark.
Did you fix your problem?
I have followed the suggestions (2G USB formatted FAT32, only the .up file) but still same message from the 4201.
