Processing of 4004BC Series Oscilloscope Displaying Only Start-up Picture

Hello i have tried this but the situation has worsened up.

Firstly i tried to restart but nothing happened after that i tried to the recover the system by pressing F2 but this didnt work as well. In the last i tried downloaded the up file and  updated the recovery file via a USB. it did perform the uploading but now when i switch on the oscilloscope it is not entering the recovery interface.

Kindly guide me what should i do

I have followed all the steps that were given in the video.

Thanks to murkasp i was again able to enter the recovery setup but when i pressed F2 again the message was operation failed. I have tried uplaoding the patch few times and then recover the system but i get the same result everytime.

My oscilloscope is DSO4254C. Will the .up patch work for this oscilloscope or if not can you guide me to some other place where i can find the patch for DSO4254C
