Hello. I purchased through Aliexpress Hantek DSO4102C oscilloscope.I have updated the firmware and software from your site, but with Windows 10 64 bit, the PC software does not work.how can I solve this problem?is this oscilloscope compatible with Windows 10?Thanks, greetings from Italy.

Hi wangshuang, thank you for getting back to me.  I have tried uninstalling the driver several times and reinstalling the driver several times now with no luck.  I have also removed and reinstalled the software again with no luck.  Device manager shows an error.

Hello,  I have just purchased the DSO4102c and I am having the same trouble as above.  I have tried re-installing drivers, software and certificates but TTScope cannot see the oscilloscope.  I have Windows 10 Pro Version 1909.  Can you please help?

Hi no! to your questions, the pc does not recognize the oscilloscope as an unknown device, therefore I can not install the drivers, I changed the usb cable and also another PC, the result is the same.
