Dear community members,

I've purchased the Hantek 6022BE and tested the function generator with the standard 1-10MOhm and a 1:100 (fixed 100MOhm) probe that I bought for around 20?. The 2Vpp signal for the 1 and 100 MOhm looks fine but the 10MOhm one has strange overshoots. What is the issue here? If it helps, I will provide you with the HF parameters of the components.

Best,
Marco

That's because you need to compensate your x10 probe before use it. Check item "1.6 Probe Compensation" (page 14) on the 6022BE manual or the users guide that came with your probes.
