Is there a way for me to restore the original buit in arbtrary waveforms to my device's memory (I have a Hantek 2D42)? I used the PC software to create some waveforms and test the feature but now I need to restore the original waveforms and I can't see how.
I've already tried to restore the device to factory default but it did not work.

thx

I've lost waveforms too. Moreover, each time when I use PC software to controll AWG, arb waveforms are set to null. I'ts very annoying. Is there any way to save/restore arb waveforms?

Exactly, all my arb waveforms are just a straight line, maybe it was coincidence or not, but I noticed that after I updated my device to the last FW version.

Well, no answer... so I'll assume that there is no way to restore it.

Can I at least load to the device an arbitrary wave form from a file, for example .CSV using the PC software?

I've fed back the problem to the engineer. Please wait for some days.

Please use this test version. The arbitrary waveform of the oscilloscope just shows this function, and has no practical significance, so there is no recovery of these waveforms.

Thanks Amy, I tested this new version and it solved my problem, now I can upload any arbitrary waveform that I need to my device.

I also notice some other improvements in the software, like now my device's settings are no longer reset to default when connecting to the PC program. Keep the good work it's on the right track.

I had the same problem and I wrote new wave forms in csv format.

I only wrote ARB1, ARB2 and ARB3 and did a little guessing but these files are close enough.

Just load these files into the hantek software and your good to go.
