my hantek is recognized by pc, driver is installed properly but software doesnt open after double click nothing appears in display
but if i disconnect usb than the program open like everything was well but doesnt work.

this hantek was working with out problems i have this issue just a few days a go.

what can i do?

Sir, please connect a 5V@2A adapter to the red connector of the USB cable.
Now check whether the oscilloscope works.

i did and is the same thing.

nothing happens until scope is disconected after disconnect software opens like everythings was working

Please try again on another computer. If it is still not possible, please let me know if this problem is the first time you use this machine, or after using it for a while.
