Dear Amy,
I have the same problem.
Model: DSO5202B
SW: 2.06.3.(130425.0)
HW: 10070x555583e9
I can't update from the downloads from the hantek page.
Also your attached update shows me the error 0xfe
Can you please help me updating my DSO?
