Hantek 2C42 万用表功能测直流电压问题

万用表未测直流电压时屏幕显示0.172V，直流mV显示244.3mV，交流电压显示0V正常。请问该怎么处理？

I am having a similar problem with another 2C42. There is an offset error in DC volts and ohms scale that can't be zeroed and this error is added to the measurement. Is there any fix?

Sir, is your 2C42 purchased recently?
Please shorten the two pens. Test DC voltage, will the value return to zero?

We are waiting for other fault scope to return. At present, we are not sure why.

Yes, it is very recent Rose sent me them 2 weeks ago. The problem I'm facing with my units is the same as reported by colin, shorting the leads will not zero the devices.
I sent you 2 emails already, let me know if you need more details.
