How to use the logic analyzer of MSO5202D？

There seems no key for logic analyzer on the front panel of MSO5202D.

How to enable the logic analyzer function?

See the multifunctional key F7 above the VATICAL control?

Press F7 key twice to open the menu and display of logic analyzer.

1． Display and Rearrange the Digital Channels

(1) Press F1 (D7-D0) or F2 (D15-D8) softkey to enter the channel group setup menu.

When Turn On D7-D0

When Turn Off D7-D0

When Size big, full screen to display 8 channels;

When size normal, full screen to display 16 channels.

(2) Press F3 (Current) softkey to enable the current channel selection function. Turn the V0 multifunction

knob to select digital channels. And the selected channel display in red.

2． Setup the Threshold Type of the Digital Channels

(1) Press F4 (Threshold Type) softkey to select the pre-set threshold type or select the user-defined type to set your own threshold level.

Threshold type: TTL CMOS ECL User-defined

Threshold level changes between 2.6V 2.5V -1.3V -8V to +8V.

(2) When select User type threshold, the user sub-menu will appear.

Press F5 to enable the V0 knob to adjust the level value. And press V0 knob to zero the user value.

Logic Analyzer Flat Input Cable

MSO5102D logic signal input port is shown as follows:

A Digital Input Terminal
The total of digital signal input terminals is 18, arraged as two rows, GND, D0-D7 and
GND, D8-D15.
B Flat Cable Plug
Plug the flat cable into the logic signal input port in accordance with the sequence of the
input port.


Note: When connect with device, please insert input terminals gently to avoid damaging
cable socket or other components.
