Hello it seems that there is a softwareupgrade for the 1008C: Ver1.0.30 but i cannot download it. I only got your message "Hello world". How to fix or can you send me the iso file? I have now : Ver1.0.29

I just got hantek1008C two days ago.
i latter download online at www.hantek.com but not installing on my computer.
i have window 7 on my laptop.
my questions are:
1.is the hantek 8001C not compatible with window 7
2.i dont know where to use the barcode on the scope device.
3.i only download the application software,do i need to download the driver too
please kindly put me through so that i can quickly test the device.
