I've got a MSO5202D purchased from a ebay seller 2.5 years ago.

I'd not powered the scope on for a few months but yesterday on power up the sceen flashed a few times and then went dark.  Buttons still work and can even connect via USB and get the PC app to talk to it.

I think it's got 3 years warranty, I've tried to contact the seller with no reply so far. How does one get this thing fixed? (I'm in Canada)    I've done a few searches on this form and it seem like this is a fairly common failure in this family of scopes.

Regards,

Perry

Please press "Autoset" button and check whether there is the relay sound.

Been quiet for a week since I posted my LCD photo.  Amy are you out there?  How do we proceed to get my scope working again?  More than happy to replace the LCD if you will send me the part.

Sir, the model of the lCD is AT070TN92.
You can purchase a new LCD on eBay to replace. Also you can try to contact your seller to get it.

Well I replaced the LCD display today and the replacement shows nothing as well.  The replacement was just the screen perhaps the LCD Adapter PCB that is attached to the back of the LCD.  Is that your part or where can I get it?

I have confirmed the LCD screen it's self is fine it is the little  "LCD Adapter" PCB that is attached to the back of the LCD panel that has failed.  It appears this is might be a custom part made for you by http://www.jwsgroup.net as my attempt to find it via Alibaba or Ebay have failed.  Could I please order a couple of those PCB's with or without the LCD?

Thanks,

Perry
