This is Kyungjun Hwang. We bought the DSO5027P model before 1 year. Recently, we found out the VERTICAL, HORIZONTAL, VOLTS/DIV, and VOLTS/DIV button were not controlling. But the other button is operating well. From these reason, we can not do vibration experimental. I think these problem seems to related with internal lock. Could you solve these problem? I can not find out the solving information on manual. I will wait your kindly reply. Thank you in advance!
